Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing: All orders get processed within 1–2 business days (Mon-Sat, exclude Sunday and US public holidays). Orders submitted after 2 PM ET will be arranged on the next working day.
2. Delivery Timeline: Goods depart our Florida warehouse after processing; standard transit takes 2–3 business days. Total lead time from checkout to receipt is roughly 3–5 business days for contiguous US addresses. Remote states may add 1–2 extra working days for transit.
3. Shipping Cost: Free standard ground shipping for all orders within the continental United States; no hidden handling or delivery surcharges. Expedited shipping is available with extra checkout fee if needed.
4. Sales Tax: Tax is auto-calculated at checkout complying with Florida local tax regulations based on your shipping destination; no customs tax for domestic US shipments.
5. Delivery Scope: Currently we only ship to contiguous 48 US states; Alaska, Hawaii and overseas territories are unavailable for delivery temporarily.
6. Order Tracking & Delay: After dispatch, tracking number will be sent to your registered email. Delivery dates are estimated and subject to uncontrollable factors like bad weather or carrier backlog, we will inform customers via email for long delays.
